Payments are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider. AguilarFusion generally does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

An order may be delayed, declined, or canceled if payment authorization fails, billing information cannot be verified, or the transaction is identified as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Other U.S. territories

  • P.O. boxes

  • APO/FPO or other military addresses

  • International addresses

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, the estimated FedEx transit time is 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, peak shipping periods, address problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Returns Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our general return terms include:

  • Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

  • Products may be new or lightly used, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • AguilarFusion pays approved return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product, subject to availability.

  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting support@aguilarfusion.com.

We will try to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after order processing has started.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Product Warranty

We do not provide an additional product warranty beyond the rights and remedies stated in our store policies or required by applicable law.

We address products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order according to our Return and Refund Policy.
